Proposal to change league rules.

Proposal for the alteration of League Rules to be with the secretary at least 7 days prior to the Annual General Meeting in order to be presented during the last Committee Meeting on the Tuesday prior to the AGM.

To be eligible for consideration by a standing committee, any rule change proposal or amendment must be presented using this form.

Any proposal received after this date will be presented at the following Committee Meeting for review prior to the next AGM.  

Directions.
1, Only one rule change per form,
2, Word the proposal exactly as you want it to appear  in the rule book,
3, Write a short rational stating the issue/problem, why the rules should be changed to improve the Stafford Darts League.
4, Add details of any survey undertaken to validate the proposal (optional).
